CaddyShack Weekly Tournament Handicap

Hi guys,
Well, we are not doing to badly in the Caddyshack tournament lately.

Since we changed to a "modified" handicap system. we leveled the playing field to a certain extent by capping the plus players to +4 maximum.

This helped the players with a plus handicap to perform better and compete with the minus guys.
However, this created a problem again where the really good players have to give away a lot of strokes on every round, making the whole handicap round feels a bit unfair.

I would propose the following changes to the current system as from the next tournament.

1: That +4 still remains as the maximum limit for players.The PGLS handicap system will apply here to the maximum of 4.
2: That all  of the other player's handicaps get changed to scratch (0)
This may make the tournament even more competitive where the real good players now will have a more than even chance of winning.

Can I please have your views or suggestions on this.

Im in agreement with how ever you set the tournament up I play for the enjoyment of the game.
